1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Multi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Multi is a decentralized exchange aggregator that enables users to swap tokens on the Solana blockchain. The Platform connects to various decentralized exchanges to find the best rates for your trades.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using Multi, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Wallet Connection

To use Multi, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • All activity that occurs through your wallet
  • Any fees associated with your transactions

5. Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. By using Multi, you acknowledge:

  • Token prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
  • You may lose some or all of your funds
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Network congestion may affect transaction speed and cost

6. Fees

Multi may charge fees on certain transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Additionally, you are responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas fees) required to execute transactions.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Use bots or automated systems in ways that harm other users
  • Circumvent any security measures

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with Multi are the property of Multi and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
